This is a refurbished item in good working condition and includes the 7" adapter, and RCA to AUX adapter cable. Units may have several visible scratches/scuffing/other signs of previous use--mostly on the top/cover/dome piece. See images of detail. PLEASE NOTE: The Needle is starting to sound a little scratchier than normal and may need to be replaced to get a more clear/clean sound. The needle still works and stays on track though. Original retail packaging is not included.
